We are still happily welcoming our self catering Orkney holiday guests to Annie's Place and will continue to do so whilst the relaxed Government restrictions allow. The Covid Care page in this website highlights the precautions we continue to take. Below the photo are details of specific measures relating to self testing. We appreciate the care our guests are taking and feel as safe as it is possible to be in these challenging times in our corner of the West Mainland, Orkney, overlooking Birsay Bay:
We are regularly self testing as are all our guests, following not just Scottish Government advice, but also the request issued by Orkney Island Council when visitors were again able to come to Orkney. Our specific request to guests is that they inform us of the results of their two self tests, i.e.those taken three days before their travel to Orkney and then one taken on the morning of their ferry crossing. Our guests have also been choosing to test before they leave. Their negative results, plus our own self testing and our cleaning procedures give us confidence in welcoming each new set of guests for their holiday here.
