How do we book the apartment?

You can make a reservation with us by using the Check Availability & Book Online Button which is on each page of the website. Type in the dates you are considering and follow through on the instructions as they appear. If the dates you request are already booked, a link to alternative available dates is provided.

You can also make a reservation by using the Contact Us sheet which is on the Contact page of this website. When you contact us and confirm your details I can make the booking for you. In order to do this, I will need your name, home and email addresses, mobile phone number, and the names of those in your party, including ages of any children.

Our contact details are at the bottom of each website page. If we do not answer your phone call then please leave a message or send a text to the mobile number which is the phone I use most often!. The mobile number is : 44 07503522089.

Payment is by BAC or cheque. Once you have made your reservation, an email is automatically sent to us and we will email you as soon as possible (normally within the hour) with the details of how to make your deposit. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. We ask that you make the deposit within the week, in order to secure your booking. We will subsequently contact you one month before your holiday regarding payment of the balance and with other information, including directions for finding Annie's Place.

Anne and Robin are lovely and very helpful. Their local knowledge and willingness to share it meant we got to see the Arctic Terns the one day after they arrived which was the day before we sadly had to leave. Birsay is a spectacular place to stay, the views, the seabirds, the seascape. Annie's Place is a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. The neolithic sites are amazing and not far away.

Anne and Robin were extremely welcoming and gave us lots of useful information about the locality and further afield. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us with access to coastal walks at the end of the garden, a village shop next door, several places of interest within just a few miles and close to several archaeological sites.
